Jeremiah Dean

Jeremiah Dean has lived and worked in Arizona for the past 14 years. He is passionate about working with communities to build resilience to a changing climate including developing access to energy reliability and affordability. Before joining the Governor’s Office of Resilience, he worked at the City of Tucson where he was engaged in city wide sustainability initiatives, affordable housing, and community development projects. Previously he worked in education and for nonprofits seeking to support children and young adults in unhoused situations. Jeremiah holds a Masters in Sustainability Leadership from Arizona State University, a Masters in Educational Services from Azusa Pacific University, as well as a Bachelors in K-12 Education from University of Northern Colorado. Jeremiah spends most of his free time with his wife and three kids looking for adventures and enjoying life’s journey.
