Robin Sparks

For fifteen years, Robin Sparks has worked to improve the economic trajectory of Arizonans. On behalf of a four county, southern Arizona partnership, she wrote the state’s first renewable energy jobs grant which aligned the capacity of regional stakeholders with the needs of veterans recently separated from the armed forces. U.S. Secretary of Labor Hilda Solis honored the effort with a visit, lauding the Green Veterans Workforce Investment Program as a national model. Ms. Sparks has a JD and a BA from the University of Arizona. In her free time she enjoys travel, live music, reading, Bid Whist, and pickleball.
