Corporation Commission

The Arizona Corporation Commission is the regulating body for utility companies, excluding the self-regulated Salt River Project, and sets non-municipal energy and water rates in Arizona. The commission also regulates all railroad safety and crossings, as well as the Investment Security Industry.

The commission is directly elected by the citizens of Arizona to uphold the duties and responsibilities outlined in the Arizona Constitution. For more information on the Corporation Commission and utility rate case proceedings, please visit: https://www.azcc.gov/
