$20M in Grant Funding Available for Grid Resilience Projects in Arizona

Applications for the Arizona Grid Resilience Grant Program (RFGA#: RFGA-GRID-OOR-091124-00) are now being accepted. Approximately $20M will be awarded for projects that invest in microgrid infrastructure, grid hardening projects, electrical wire undergrounding, pole hardening, and advanced control sensors for advanced reliability. Proposed projects should benefit low-income, disadvantaged, and/or historically underserved communities

The maximum grant award amount is $5 million per grantee to be used over a 2-year period. The grant application will close on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at 5:00 PM (Arizona Time).
